Return Policy

No exchanges, store credit only!

Our return policy lasts 10 days from when you receive your order. If 10 days have gone since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To start a return, you can contact us at fashion@blybybly.com with your name, order number or the email used when placing the order and let us know that you are sending your item back, if your return is accepted , you will be responsible of the cost of shipping. All items must be returned within 10 days of you receiving your package. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the proper procedures are not followed.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused or unworn, unwashed ,with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns will be eligible for store credit only .All returns are accepted and declined at our discretion. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a $3 restocking fee for all returns.

Damages :

Any damaged items received must be reported the same day of delivery.. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. If you receive damaged items please email us with a clear photo to email : fashion@blybybly.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for full refund.

Refunds 

Refunds are not accepted on products that were purchased at discounted price.. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The credit will be less the $3 restocking fee and the shipping charges. It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be received by your bank. 

 

 

The Fine Print


It is important to keep in mind that all clothing items must be washed in cold water and no tumble dry. We are not responsible for any damages due to incorrect wash or dry of items or malfunction of washer or dryer. 

 

Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipping and receiving.
